Welcome to the Happy Light Traveller! After travelling South East Asia in 2015-2016 I decided to combine my love for travelling and personal growth in a blog that would inspire you. I not only want to do this with my stories and personal insights (which I have named "inner ramblings") but also with my recent love for photography! Travelling alone put everything I have blogged about in the past to the test. Being fearless and confident, taking leaps of faith, practising love and compassion were some of the things I experienced or witnessed on my journey. The quote below sums up Happy Light Traveller. "Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it." William Arthur Ward Enjoy!

Can you think of a time when you wanted to just shout out two (often harsh) words and get on the … Continue reading Love yourself enough and travel!
When my friend Denise knew I was coming back to Singapore she jumped at the chance to begin my adventures with me. She greeted me at the airport and it all began to seem surreal to me that I had returned. When I met the rest of the girls that evening I realised this would be harder … Continue reading Beginning of Trust in Penang
